Annon, sorry to hear that you are feeling bad. I guess I don't know the medical answer to your question, but it is an awful feeling. I guess I never described the feeling as feeling like I was shrinking inside, but that is a good description. My thoughts are that because it hurts so bad it feels like there really is no room for a tampon or intercourse. Sorry for the wierdness of this next statement, but it feels like everything is blocked that went something enters it feels crowded and everytime it touches it hurts and it feels like there is absolutely no room. Stiffness is a big thing for me. It is almost like I can't move at first in the morning because it hurts so bad. I hope I helped a bit, but I am not sure if I did. Sorry! Hugs~ Lori D.
