Wambui- I think it would be worth while to get a second opinion. It doesn't sound like your doctor gave you very much information, nor does it sound like he is really treating what is happening with you. Removing scar tissue does create an area for scar tissue to form again in response, but did he tell you anything about the extent of your endometriosis? the location of it? If you seek a second opinion you should make sure to get all of your records- including any from the surgery- and take them with you. It doesn't hurt to talk to someone else, especially when you are trying to make such important decisions about your future. Alyson
