Yes, hemmorroids are very embarrassing!! I was reading on the internet about internal hemmorroids and from what I read, it seemed that they shouldn't be painful, and that normally there would be blood after or during a bowel movement. I have had excruciating pain during my period, but not so bad when not on my period unless I sit down wrong in that area. Because it is like that at the time of my period, I thought it might be connected with endo. I just don't know anymore. Thank you for the advice and I will definitely try eating those that you mentioned, and I also heard that fiber pills help. I am hoping to get into a gyno who will listen to me and maybe explain things to me instead of pushing me from doctor to doctor. I couldn't imagine the pain you are in with external hemmorroids, because I know how much pain I am in with maybe an internal one that isn't supposed to hurt!!! Take care, and thank you for the information.....Hugs....Amanda At Wed, 17 Aug 2005, Kathryn wrote: >
