Sarah, If cysts do not go away, then you are correct, the only way to remove them is surgically. I had doctors waiting so see if mine would go away, but it only got bigger and they did surgery. It was a chocolate cyst. I am not familiar with the spary that you referred to, but I am almost certain that it won't completely take a cyst away.
