Just a question out of curiosity

I first want to say thank you to all you ladies who have helped me understand a little more about this and also because you have given me support and encouragment that I cannot find elsewhere:)

Last year I went to the doctor because I had blood in my stool. She gave me a rectal exam with her fingers, and said it was probably an internal hemmorroid. The bleeding stopped, however the pain increased. It seems that every time I have my period, the "pain in the butt" (LOL) gets worse. It is just below my tailbone on the left side, and it is very hard to sit down comfortable. I am wondering if anyone knows anything about hemmorroids, and if they flare up during menstruation, or is this something that could be associated with endo??? I also have been experiencing constipation and painful bowels for the past year. My gyno tells me it's nothing, just like she said the 4 small cysts on my right ovary are nothing, but I think differently. Does anyone know anything about this?????

Thanks....Amanda
