I was having a lot of problems with hand, then my left arm and finally I felt pain in chest and heavy pressure. I have done all the tests you just mentioned that they were all negative. Just a vascular surgeon could found out that it was thoracic outlet syndrome. He perfomed a MRA test is kind off like MRI. I was told at the beginning that it was a side effect of the Lupron injection. 4 years to find out what the problem was. I had a rib removed because it was putting pressure in the torax arteries. I don't know if you have the same but just my opinion. good luck!!!
