Kayla!! I have PCOS and endo as well. You are the first person I have come across with both of these issues! I was first diagnosed with the PCOS last year after spending several years having doctor after doctor tell me that it is normal for some women not to have a period. Then I started having pain, even though I wasn't having a period. I finally found a doctor that listened to me and diagnosed the PCOS. Apparently I didn't fit the "profile". Any way, the pain didn't go away and that's when they diagnosed the endo with a lap. I was put on the pill to supposedly help both the PCOS and the endo. But having a period is excrutiating and I wonder why I bother, especially when it isn't helping at all. I know it is possible to get pregnant and carry a baby to term with the PCOS. My mother had PCOS and I have two siblings. So does a dear friend and she just had her second child. They say that PCOS works itself out after your first pregnancy. I know that isn't much consolation since the endo brings a whole other problem into the mix. Endo and PCOS is so confounding because if you want a child you have to somehow force yourself to ovulate, which in turn means horrible pain. My doctor suggested that if I decide to have children it may be necessary to see an infertility specialist- she also told me if I want to have kids I need to get busy. Someone recently suggested Depo Provera SubQ as an alternative to Lupron with excellent results and less of the nasty side effects. I'm going to ask about it at my next appointment. I understand the pressure of trying to decide how to best treat your pain, live your life and somehow make a decision to have a child in the midst of all that. You are given this time line that seems so absolute, but nothing else in your life follows that. If you want to talk more, feel free to e-mail me. Alyson
