Unfortunately I agree with Stacey. There is not much of a remedy for that other than use a lot of astroglide and go very slow. Regular intercourse is also a big feat in my house. It is very hard and I also have the endo around the cul de sac along with adhesions. So it is very rare that I have a decent pain free day. That is the fight of the relationship constantly. I wish there were more options for women with endo, but there are not many. You just have to make concessions or not do it at all. Try the astroglide, use fingers first and have him go slow until u find a pace that is good for you. Sorry there is not more to do. Hope I helped a bit.
