Thank you for your frank response. I have been doing alot of research
and am mostly frightened by the side effects. My endo seems to be
advancing quickly. A lapro last year had no effect and in fact my
symptoms seemed to worsen afterwards. I guess maybe I am struggling
with whether or not I feel miserable enough now to warrant the potential
misery of the Lupron side effects.
My doctor seems to glance over the side effects as if they are not
likely to occur and "they just have to tell you about the
possibilities". I definately want to be sure I know what I am getting
myself into before I take something so disruptive.
I will definately look into the Depo. That is an option that has not
yet been mentioned to me.
