Is it a big possibility that I have Endo?

Hi My name is Jessica and I am 20 years old. I don't have chronic pelvic pain, but I do have severely painful periods during the first couple of days, but it is not constant. Like one month I might have the normal menstral cramping and then one month I might have severe pain where I can barely move and I can do is cry and lay curled up in a ball. This past month was really bad. The pain was so severe that I was trowing up and I had my period for 5 days then stopped for 2 and had a agin for a week and then stopped for another couple of days and then had my period again for 2 days (not be be vulgar or anything, but during those 2 days it was very dark and clotty, which it normally is not). I also have pain in my legs and hips, not just when I am on my period; it sorta feels like cold is hitting by bones or like I am growing again, but I stopped growing years ago. I also have painful intercourse but only in certain positions and only if it is too deep (sorry to be blunt). Sometimes also I will be a having a good day and I will just get a stabbing pain in my uterus, it will last for a minute or two and then stop and the rest of the day will be fine. Also, pretty regularly now I have a burning sensation in my ovaries, mainly in the left one. It feels as if some one is holding a lighter under them. I am a hypochondriate, I mean if I get a little bump on my arm or something I automatically think cancer, when really it is just a swollen lymph node. But this time it is different I really think something is wrong. I have no idea as to what any of this means, so someone please help me.

I'm even more scared because my mom at to have a full hystorectomy at age 23, and it was so bad for her. She had it all over uterus, ovaries, and just everywhere. They had to remove 10 inches of her intestines and her appendix because it had grown so much that it pushed her appendix to the middle of her stomach and was growing on it to where she looked like she was 7 months pregnant.

It just terrifies me, bacuse since I was little the only thing I have dreamed about was having kids and it will kill me if I am infwertile because of this. I already had a full molar pregnancy (where my body was pregnant, but my egg was a complete dud there never would have been a baby, so would I have gone to full term I would have just delivered a placenta.) Also, my doctor thinks I might have had a miscarriage before and didnt realize it.

I have no insurance and I dont have any money. I dont want to go to the doctor and have a lot of bills if this is just me being paranoid. What do you think the likeliness od me having endo is? Do you think I should take the chance?

Thanks so much for your help, and I hope everyone else is doing fine. Jessica
