I think the best way is to sit down with her and talk about the surgery. Ask her to explain to you what endo looks like. If she is only looking for one type (i.e. blackish lesions) then you know that she probably doesn't know what shes supposed to look for (since they come in a variety of colors). Most importantly, I think, is to find out wht she is looking for if it isn't endo. There has to be a reason behind doing surgery for the 4th time.
