I have been fatigued my whole life it seems but when Endo hit it got so much worse. I'm not sure if you mean you were on continous Birth Contorl and thats why your expecting you period on thew 21st, or if you just get it around the 21st every month. When I take birth control ,and when I was taking Lupron I get ligher periods. Barley noticable. I do doubt your pregnant. But I would for sure go to your Dr. and get a test done there. At home tests are not all that reliable in my opninon. Jessica
