Sit on awarm face cloth for 20 minutes 4 or 5 times a day, and it will help the bump disapear sometimes it can be abuild up of the fluid sometimes it can just be swelling from them shoving a needle in your butt, it's perfectly normal, if it continues to stay itchy and tingly after the face clothes for 2 or 3 days give your doctor a call it could be a slight reaction to the progestron.
