Re: Coming off Lupron & SO Dizzy. Anyone else?? HELP!!From: Tia (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Jul 27 10:05:50 2005
yes Jill!!! I totally know what you are going through I was myself. I was really sick!!! I still have bouts of the dizziness and nausea (in the morning). The hot flashes and night/cold sweats are still here and are keeping me from sleeping. I have been off a little over a month now. You are right, Dr's do not understand. It makes the body do crazy things and every woman is different. I have found that sleeping as much as possible helps. I got some pain pills because I am still having back/spine pain and aching. I have had to lave work because of dizziness and feeling sick to my stomach (both ways). My job was in jeopardy a few times while on this drug becasue it made me so sick. I have had little relief as well. I just sleep, drink a lot of water, and take acidophilis pills (for reoccurent yeast infections and better digestion so I don't get the stomach pains). Chamomile tea helps before bed because it's soothing and helps with the nausea. As well as peppermint tea. I wish there was more I could offer you. please feel free to email me if you want to talk more about your symptoms. I am interested in hearing more. Tia notice@hartford.edu
