Im 19 and my Dr. told me that a hyst would not get rid of the endo. Its already done its damage. Once you have endo you have it for life. YOu can always have another lap(laser would be best) to try to get rid of most the endo. Even though no new endo is forming you probably have endo left over because its nearly impossible to remove all endo. If you trust your dr to preform another lapp go for it. If not you should seek a specialist who does laser if you havent already had laser removal. Good luck ladies. Wishing you success and a solution for your pain.
