CHRONIC PELVIC PAIN

From: JENN (anonymous@obgyn.net)

I am 23 years old and I have chronic Pelvic Pain where I am on Narcotics to dull the pain, I have gone in for 3 laparoscopys in previos years and it seems that every 2 years I am in pain again and going in for surgery. I ahve seen 3 dr.s in regards to my pain and none no what the answer is or what is causing the pain. My obgyn is wanting to do a Laparoscopy, D+C, Hydrotubation and hysteroscopy on me in the next couple of weeks. Then she is wanting to put me on LUPRON DEPOT to see if that helps with my pain, But at 23 yrs of age is this safe? We don't know what is causing the paing or where it is comming from, and I really wish someone could help me or give me information. My husband and I no longer know what to do, we have only been married for 1 month and sexual intercourse is a no go because of the severity of the pain I have. Nobody I know (family and friends) can relate with me because they have never had any female problems or pain down there.I am at my witts end I am so frusterated with nobdy giving me answers or knowing what is wrong, I am at the point of giving up and no longer carring, though it would be nice if I could have my own children one day, but I don't even know if that can happen. If anybody can give me some insight or help that would be greatly appreciated thankyou so very much JENN
