hi... I would never say what is "normal" or not, but I can tell you what I experienced. I had pain for about 2 weeks, but it imporved each day (not the endo portion of the pain, just the incision and soreness from surgery.) I did have some pain when I bent over or tried to lift things, but that went away too. I also had a hard spot right under the naval incision-it is scar tissue and went away in a few months (less than 6 months.) It has been 1.5 years now and I can't even see or feel the place where the incision was. I am not a doctor, but I am a nurse; I would watch yourself for fever and all the normal signs of infection, abnormal bleeding (heavy) and drink plenty of fluids to keep from getting constipated-that will make the healing harder and cause more pain when you have a BM. It is hard not to get here with pain meds after surgery! I don't remember any pain in my butt, if it keeps maybe you could call the office and ask the nurse to see if she wants to bring you in? good luck-Kimber
