...just be careful that the vitamins you take aren't making your problems worse. There are a lot out there that have side effects or can make endo problems worse by stimulating more estrogen production.

Go back to your doctor and tell him/her how much this is taking away from your life and that you need some help. There are ways to manage pain and other symptoms and to regain some energy.

How is your diet? When someone says they are tired all the time, that is one area to look at. Try eliminating caffeine and sugars and getting more veggies.

Also, at the end of the workday, you could try just laying down and having a short nap or rest to reduce your tiredness and pain. Then you may feel up to doing a few more things.
