Hi All- I have posted this before but I have been reading a lot of posts where people are having severe nausea and/or digestive issues. The miracle cure for me is ginger root tea. Chop up a bit of ginger and let it steep for 5-10 minutes and strain. It is bitter (I don't mind the taste at all) but you can add a touch of honey to make it sweeter. Try to drink a cup before bed and one in the morning. Hope it works for you all as much as it has for me!
