Hi, I bought a book titled "Endometriosis: A key to Healing And Fertility Through Nutrition" from amazon.com and I actually found it very informative and helpful.I havent been diagnosed with endometriosis yet but I have most of the symptoms.I am having a laparoscopy next week. I discovered cutting out foods such as milk, eggs,butter,white bread, chocolates,cakes sugar and fried foods have reduced my pains by 90%. I have replaced milk with oat milk which is alot quite creamier than rice milk. I also try to do a liver detox once a month to get rid of toxins . Most mornings I drink a cup of hot water with squeezed lemon. I take magnesium, Vitamin c, Starflower oil,Zinc and Vitamin b6 supplements everyday becuase I used to have bad PMS . Studies have shown that PMS occurs as result of oestrogen dominance which also causes Endo. My PMS has also reduced by 99% . You can also checkout this site:http://www.theendoclub.com/ .
