Probably more coinicidence than direct cause & effect of the endo. Itchy nipples can be caused by the detergent you're using, the fabric in your clothing, or hormones. If stopping the use of any new soap, shampoo, detergent, lotion, perfume or clothing item doesn't make it go away then check with your doctor. Of course if you have any other obvious symptoms such as redness with heat in the skin, tenderness, lump or other 'something' that you can feel, discharge from the nipple then you should be calling your doctor for an appointment.
