Hi Allison, I have taken lupron twice now. The first time was 2 years ago. Just like you, i felt pretty good after the shot and then started feeling fatigued and not able to eat and actually had some mild bleeding for 3 weeks. My doctor advised me that it was just the Lurpon and my body had to get used to it...and I did. I have heard many bad stories about it and complications. I was good for the most part and so far it has been the ONLY thing that I have done to relieve the pain. As for your eye, see a doctor just to be precautious. The rash can also be linked to the Lupron. It just might not be the right drug for you. There are quite a few other options out there, but make sure you read up on them very carefully. Some can be worse than the endo itself =). I hope this hlped in some way! Take care
