Believe it or not, the best thing you can do is to be there for her. Don't get mad at her when she doesn't feel good and expect her to be able to function like a normal person--we can't. Nobody who doesn't have this disease can possibly ever know how we feel or all the ways that it affects us--not even our spouses. My husband loves me and wishes he could do something to make it go away, but he's given up trying to understand it. The best thing you can do for your wife is be supportive--there really isn't much else that you can do.
