Pain in abdomen

Hi All,

I have had 3 prior surgeries for Endo and over the past 6 months I've noticed that at the end of my menstrual cycle I start have some pain in my abdomen. I went to my doctor and he thought it might be IBS as I also have soft bowel movements. He asked me to hold off on certain foods and see if it helped. Well it didn't but I started noticing a pattern to this pain I am feeling. It's always at the end of my period and lasts about 2 weeks, and then goes away. I don't feel anything unusual or different at the start or during my period, just at the end. Could this be a cyclical endo pain I am feeling? I went to my gyno and she felt it couldn't be endo because of my bowel problems. She did have me do an ultra sound but nothing showed up. Has anyone had these same symptoms? And how did you deal with it? After having 3 surgeries I'm not too eager to have another exploratory surgery.
