Adnexal Mass found, any advice? I had a m/c 5 months ago and once I got my period again, I have had a full 7 day period since then...every other week! My ob said it is normal to have irregular menses after miscarriage, but I have been having endo type pain again( had problems with pain for about 4 years) It had gone away after my last laproscopy (I have had two in the past), but now it is back. The MRI found a right adnexal mass with lesion. Now I have to go get an ultrasound done. I have been experiencing some constipation with the menses pain, but this weekend was the worst! Extreme nauseousness, and pain for the past 3 days, I am also a little more constipated. I am getting a little scared and have an ob appt this afternoon.
