Esecially at the navel where they go in. I went back to work after four days, I was sore and still a bit bloated from the gas but not so bad I couldn't stand it. I do not have a lot of endo but it was everywhere. I tried to drink alot of water, I also took GAs X to help move the CO 2 out of my body. Try to walk as much as you can this helps so much.
