Re: bloated stomach and pain--VERY FRUSTRATED!!

Hello. I have a bloated abdomen, too. Mine does not seem to be related
to my surgeries (I've had a laparoscopy and a c-section), but I know how
ugly it gets. Have you checked with your student insurance about seeing
outside doctors? When I was a grad student at Ohio State, the care at
the health center was free, but for a co-pay I could see any "network"
provider. I found a wonderful, warm-hearted ob/gyn and have stayed with
her for 4 years, even after getting "better" insurance. You might want
to check with your insurance company. Call them, don't just read their
literature or benefits fact sheets.
