If you're in the US, what city and state are you in?
Most of the women here are located in various states so someone can
perhaps give you a name of someone to see.
You don't need an OB as much as you need a GYN and most OB/GYNs are far
too busy with their OB patients to spend adequate time on their GYN
patients and the OB/GYNs conclusion is irresponsible as is the FP's.
