Bleeding for 2 weeks

Im going on 25 next month and have been bleeding for 2 weeks. My last cycle was on the 21st....definitely not due for a period. Last Saturday the pain was so bad I was in a ball cry ing in my bed. My fiance is wonderfully paitent with me but I feel just like a waste of space. I saw a doctor FINALLY on Thursday. She asked a few questions...felt around...said my uterus was swollen to go get an unltra sound to rule out prengancy/misscarraige/hormonal dysfunction. She didnt givve me a pregancie test. I cant get an appoint for an ultrasound until the 22nd. Its so frustrating with all the bleeding and cramping but the worst is fatigue. Im usuallly a bubbly happy go lucky person and now I just get on my own nerves with complaints and fatigue and pain. I just feel like a waste of space. We are remodeling and my fiance and his dad dont do any work on my days off because I sleep literally until the earlly evening. It seems to be taking so long to get an answer from this doctor and to get an ultrasound. All she said was keep taking the IB profen for pain. It doesnt seem like it is ever going to end. When I was 19 I had the same issue and the dr I had then said it was endometriosis but never did a lapro. I went on birth conrtol for three months and that seemed to help but the dr now didnt seem too interested in anything I had to say. I went to her on a referral from my coworkers but I'm just not sure if I should stay with her. thank you all for listening.
