Previous message: Anna: "Re: So much pain" A couple of months ago my doctor said that it was extremely likely that I had endo. When I had my ultrasound done a cyst was found on my right ovary. A few weeks later (after quite a lot of pain in my pelvic area - mainly left but sometimes right with pain shooting down my leg) I had extreme pain which lasted the majority of the night - on my left side. When I spoke the the doctor the following day they said that it was probably the cyst bursting. What confuses me is that the pain was on my left side but the cyst was on the right side?
