Your question isn't very clear.

How long has it been since you had the abortion? Do you have fever, pain or any other symptoms such as breast tenderness, swelling or tenderness in your belly? Cramping?

How long after the abortion did you go back to the doctor? Did the doctor exam you? Were you started on any sort of birth control?

Yes, your periods can return almost immediately and if so then this could be what you are experiencing but nobody can actually answer your questions with any accuracy.

You need to go back to the doctor, be examined and receive an explanation for the unexplained bleeding and a remedy for it.
