Endometriosis/Surgery/Periods, please help

I'm feeling quite deperate myself right now. I feel so relieved finding this site, I've had severe period pains since I was 14, I'm 29 now and I just had surgery almost 3 weeks ago. My Dr. said she found very little endometriosis and she removed it. I thought it would be over. I'm having my first period since the surgery and I'm suffering more than ever. I feel much more sensitive to pain these days and I've been taking the tylonel 3 for cramps. I'm having problems with dizziness and nausea like I've always had but now it seems so much worse. I'm going into my third day of my period and I can't take another painful sleepless night. My job is not sympathetic towards these things and I have been going into work and not being able to concentrate. I juse to faint a lot when I was a teenager from the pain and I feel like it might happen again, I live alone and I'm scared of this happening. Does anyone know what I can do about this, any suggestions as to what I could take or do. I'm have an appointment with the Dr. on June 16th. but I'm suffering now. The tylonel helps me sleep at night, but I can't take it during the day for work because it makes me drowsy. I am taking so many over the counter pain killers during the day at work. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
