usually drs will do a hystersalpingogram to x-ray the tubes and see if
they're open before prescribing clomid and IUI. clomid and IUI are
usually not covered by insurance and are not cheap. but since you've
been pregnant recently, your dr might be assuming yours are open.
it's really up to you if you want to do the medicated IUI right now. but
your pain needs to be addressed. i got to the point where i was tired
of being infertile but more tired of the pain. makes it hard to do
anything.
