Well, spotting before a full bleed is something I am very familiar with. For me, it started after I miscarried. It seemed to just be a change my body went through, because I never used to spot. Now I do. Like you said, for like 4 days before a full bleed. You mentioned a D&C. Did you miscarry, too, then? I wonder if your situation is like mine, and your body just changed after that?

Incidentally, my endo got a lot worse after I miscarried. But now I've had surgery and feel really good about it.
