There is no magic bullet. I have never heard of (at least not yet, but maybe someday...) any one single thing being THE THING THAT WORKS. Usually it takes a combination of many things

DIET plays a major role in all of our health problems including endo. A diet rich in whole grain (vs. white flour & sugar) carbs will help you avoid the bloating and gas that increase the inflammation and pressure in the pelvis and abdoment that adds to the pain. Some women also find dairy products make their symptoms worse for the exact same reason - excess gas and bloating. Lean meat, veggies and fruit round out the mix. You may not have to cut out sugars altogether but you will just have to accept the fact that you can't have everything you want.

MEDICATIONS to keep your symptoms under control.

ALTERNATIVE including massage, meditation, exercise, accupuncture, whatever helps relieve stress, helps you relax and helps you feel better will help you cope with your symptoms when they flare and will generally make the flare-ups less intense over time.

Try a few things but don't discount everything for one thing and put all your faith in that basket.
