Re: 2 Questions....Need advice

Some studies were done over the past few years and recently the results of those studies were released and one of the surprising little factoids that came out of it was that women, contrary to popular and long-standing beliefs, not only CAN but often DO ovulate more than once per month. (Survival of the fittest and all that comes into play here).

It stands to reason that if you are sensitive enough that you feel ovulation then you would also feel any other activity involving your ovaries as well. Perhaps because you are particularly inflammed inside right now, perhaps because your nerve pathways are more sensitive, perhaps adhesions are creating enough restriction that you feel it.

Heat sometimes helps relax the underlying muscle spasms that happen in response. Laying down with your feet and knees elevated will help relax your back muscles which can also go into spasms as well. These muscle spasms are a symptathetic response to what's happening under them. If regular tylenol or ibuprofen doesn't do much for you then try the formulas marketed for 'back pain' as it often contains a mild muscle relaxant in addition. They come in formulas with either acetominiphen (tylenol) or ibuprofen (advil, motrin).

as always... hope this helped
