One thing about the thyroid problem... Endo can cause false negatives on the blood tests for underactive thyroid.

Kristen, the thing that's most important about your weight, is that, with endo, you are already estrogen dominant. Body fat produces even MORE estrogen, which could have something to do with the amount of pain you are feeling. Honey, don't worry, I'm not calling you fat. The best thing you can do is exercise through the pain. I know it's hard, but eventually the pain starts to go away, and you'll have more pain when you DON'T exercise. Don't even think about needing to be skinny. Skinny means nothing, and even skinny women get endo and have a lot of pain. Focus on being as healthy as you can be, and make sure you eat, even when you don't feel like it. If you're not taking in enough calories, your metabolism goes into starvation mode, and saves every single calorie you DO eat as fat for the famine. If you'd like to talk more about diet, please feel free to email me privately.

Hope you're feeling better Kristen!
