Whoa there Kristen, I wasn't criticizing you or passing judgment. You
asked for advice and input and I gave it to you. Sometimes the truth
you need to hear is not the truth you want to hear but you already knew
it to be true anyway.
Not eating regular, nutritionally balanced meals is just as bad as
eating too much of the wrong foods, I'm sure you know that. I'm sure
you also know that when you don't feel good you probably don't take care
of yourself the way you know you should - it's a woman thing, we all do
it. We're great at taking care of other people but when it comes to
ourselves we usually don't do such a good job.
When you're not feeling well and sick to your stomach have you tried
putting yourself on a bland diet? You know, toast, chicken noodle soup,
crackers, the stuff mom used to give you when you were sick? It will be
easy on your tummy, keep your blood sugar level steadier and give you
some nutrition too. It will also make it easier for you to take pain
meds to help with the pain from your periods.
Everything is relative Kristen, your weight is affecting your symptoms
and your symptoms are affecting your weight. You have to come to a
point where you decide to take control and do something about it. Unless
you are well over 6 feet tall, then you and I both know that 220 pounds
is too much and if you have endometriosis, painful bowel movements, PE
and feeling this desparate then the weight should be one of your
concerns. Not because the extra weight is the cause but because the
extra weight is increasing the severity of your symptoms. You say you
have more muscle than anything, do you think you have 100 pounds of
muscle on you?
I'm sorry you're in so much distress.
