Re: 2 days off for lap -- is that enough?

Hi Belinda,

I think it varies for everyone, but I was hurting for at least 5 or 6 days. I also seemed to bleed for a while, and had a lot of swelling and huge bruises. On the day after the surgery I walked around a bit, with the result of more swelling. I called the doctor and was pretty much ordered to be off my feet for a few days. So I would try to take it easy for at least a week.

Hopefully your recovery will be faster than mine.
