shannon you can still fight the insurance company. it doesnt matter that the dr is ourt of network. according to them, the issue is with your procdures, not the doctor. they are saying your procedures are not medically necessary and you know thastof course they are. having an MD , escpecially a spceialist write a letter expalining why they are required and that current beliefs in medicine def. back that up, should change your insurance company's mind (i think) let us know what happens good luck! m At Sat, 30 Apr 2005, Shannon wrote: >
