Even though your doctor is out of network, they should still have some kind of policy for out of network doctors. Maybe they pay a smaller percentage or something, but they should still pay SOMETHING! Have your doctor fight this for you. You know you need surgery. The insurance company doesn't care about you, and they don't want to pay anything for you, but with your doctor's help, they should have to.
