Julie, i haven't had the test, but I've heard two things about it. One, that it's very painful. Two, that it's over really quick. I know that's not much help. I've always had chronic UTIs with my endo, but a strange thing happened. Right after I chickened out of my test for IC, I changed jobs, and no long had a water cooler at work. I've read a lot about bacteria found in some kinds of bottled water, and I've seriously not had even one UTI since November! I'm not saying this might be what's going on with you...it's just my experience. I went from having a UTI every one to two months, to having none from not drinking from a water cooler.

FYI- if you buy bottled water that was bottled from a source in the state you live in, it doesn't need to meet any kind of guidelines for quality.
