Shannon, you didn't mention if the insurance company is refusing to pay. Are they? If they are refusing to pay, call your doctor's office FIRST THING Monday morning, and request that the doctor set up a meeting with reps from the insurance company. If they're refusing to pay, you probably can't win this yourself...you'll need your doctor to explain to them why your surgeries are necessary. The very worst that could happen is your surgeries might have to be delayed. Your doc should be able to straighten this out for you.
