With Lupron, after my second shot, I had hot flashes, night sweats, major mood swings, nausea, hair falling out and getting corse. Now I'm having problems with my thyroid and my teeth are breaking. I was on add back therapy. My doctor says it is an after effect of Lupron. But, just remember everyone is different. It has to be your decision. I had to try it to stop the pain. Unfortunately, for me it did not stop my pain. Now I'm on Depo. We will see.
