Good luck to you. Here is something I recommend for people starting Lupron (or any treatment really):

Keep a daily "Lupron" journal. I kept it the entire time to track my pain, any side effects, etc. I brought it to the doctor with me each visit so I wouldn't forget to ask questions, etc. It also helped me keep track of when side effects started / stopped - and things that seemed to alleviate them.

I kept it simple - daily pain scale (1-10) and simply listed how I felt, (headaches, hot flashes, etc.) and so on. I am so happy that I did this! Espceially when speaking to the doc.
