You need to rely on your gut feelings on things. Don't feel guilty about taking control of yourself. You really need to be on top of things when it comes down to it. I don't think doctors realize who is paying them sometimes. I refused to go the Lupron route as well. I will be seeing a new doctor next month. My previous doctor answer to my complaints was to up BCP dosage. I had told him a previous doctor had me on them and it didn't do anything but I went along. Of course it didn't work. His answer to my pain was have me taking double doses of Motrin. I ended up going to my interist because it didn't seem right. If you ever need an ear, let me know.
