can you leave your town to go to another nearby town where they dont know you? can you ask your doctor to refer you to apian mgmt. specialist? can you tell your doctor that undertreatment of pain is negligent? can you call your doctor whenever you have bad pain as an emrgency call (let him get an idea of how bad/often you are suffering) can you go to the er? sorry, these are all i could come up with?
