Hi,

I agree that you should seek a second opinion. Until you are comfortable with what you hear you will not be happy to settle. Research doctors in your area to find the best one for you. Not all doctors fully know how to deal with us.

I cannot have a hyterectomy. Things inside of me are stuck together from adhesions. The last doctor worried that he would have to remove my intestines to remove my uterus.

If you do want another, consult with a specialist to pin down what the problem could be. Have you been tested to find out why you are miscarrying? If you know what the problem is and it is treatable, maybe your husband will become more comfortable. Remember he goes through this along with you. It is hard to watch your loved ones in pain and there is nothing you can do for them.

Like you I would like another child. I have one who is the center of my world. We were lucky that IVF worked for us. I am 41 and still hold out hope that we will have another. My husband does not want another because of our ages and my pain. We are going to consult with a new doctor who is also a fertility specialist. We chose him because of the way he treat endo. I will not let my want for another child interfer with my health or my family. If it's meant to be it will be.

If you ever need an ear, let me know. I am willing to be there. Good luck to you.
