Hello again,
I see a naturopathic dr. and her recommendations are not going low fat.
I am hypoglycemic, so I need healthy fats 3 times per day. I eat nuts,
avocados, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, lots of salmon, nut butters...
By the way, the progesterone cream is sold over the counter at health
food stores and it took away all of my endo pain. It took a month to
start working.
I hope it all works out for both of you!
