Thanks Rachel, that really does help. What foods do you eat that reduce the rashes? I've cut dairy products, caffeine, and iodine (I love seafood), but nothing seems to affect the "super rash". Also, I am hooked on Bath and Body Works lotion, it's supposedly "All natural" but it's scented. Should I change?
